| [main/tocbot.htm] | EMBEDDING FONTS IN POWERPOINTTo be certain that your PowerPoint presentation displays correctly on another PC or laptop, use the following instructions. These instructions are based upon creating a new presentation and using only True Type fonts. If you are working with an existing program or importing slides from other programs that may not have used True Type fonts, there is an option in powerpoint to convert all the fonts in the presentation to a particular font. If you are to do this, it is recommended that you do so with a copy of your presentation. As you change the fonts, you will alter the layout of individual slides. You can also manually highlight text on a slide and change it to an appropriate True Type font.
