Registration includes the NEERS social on Thursday evening and all coffee breaks. No other meals are included.

* The registration form includes the option to join NEERS (membership details). Loyal members, annual dues are collected at the spring meeting.
** Students who are lead presenters and entered into the Undergraduate or Graduate prize competitions receive a complimentary banquet ticket. For everyone, pre-registration is highly recommended, tickets are usually not available for walk-in registrations.
